Ma拧a is responsible for devising and implementing the College鈥檚 fundraising and alumni relations strategy. Ma拧a originally arrived in Cambridge in 1998 to pursue postgraduate studies in Archaeology.

Sarah Preston

Sarah provides administrative support to the Director of Development. She joined the team in 2024, following various roles both within and outside the University.

Linda Hanssler

Deputy Director of Development

Maly Vu

Maly is responsible for managing and maintaining the College鈥檚 database of all our alumni. She joined the team in May 2022 after working in the Development Office at Newnham College as their Database Officer.

Oliver Barlow

Engagement Manager

Oliver joined the team in April 2022 and became the Engagement Manager in July 2023. He is responsible for organising alumni events and working with the Director of Development to implement the College鈥檚 alumni relations strategy.

Olivia Fitzsimons

Olivia joined in September 2024. Working closely with the Deputy Director of Development, she manages the regular giving programme and alumni engagement initiatives to build lasting connections across our College community.

Felipe Fazenda

Development Associate

Felipe joined the team as the Alumni Assistant in August 2018 from Cambridge Assessment, where he worked in the Governmental/NGO project bids team. He became our Development Associate in August 2019, where he supports the engagement of alumni for events and philanthropic projects.

Elliot Lucas

Elliot is responsible for administering gifts at Caius and is happy to answer any questions you may have about donating to the College. He joined the team in February 2025 after working in marketing and as a freelance writer.
